Who would be responsible for designing the email creative/landing page?
While we would be responsible for designing the email creative, if you have the same available through an inhouse design team or any creative agency that you work with, we would be able to include the same in your campaign. If you would like us to do the design, we would require you to provide the relevant material, graphics etc.

How do I ensure that my promotional messages are seen by my target audience?
Before we send the campaign, we require you to specify the geography and the profile of the target audience you want to direct the campaign to. Once we have this information from you, our team of experts does further analysis of your business to see if more/less profiles need to be added. After confirmation from you on the final set of profiles, we execute the campaign. Our high quality of database, and the efficiency of our EDM software ensures that the right message gets delivered into the inbox of the right target audience. Is there any minimum response guarantee?
We are probably the only company that guarantees responses. If the campaign executed by us generates a response below 1% open rate, we send out additional emails upto a predetermined limit to ensure that the client gets maximum activity for their investment.

Can I get sample data to determine the quality of data?
As a company policy, we do not share sample data with anybody – our data is our intellectual property. However, we can share previous case studies from your closest business category to give you an idea of the quality of database and campaigns that we can do for your business.

Will I get a teste mail before my campaign starts?
Yes – we will send you a test email before the campaign starts, so that you can verify the emailer that will be sent out on your behalf.

What reports can I expect to receive?
We share reports both as stats, as well as snapshots of analytics directly from our EDM software. The data shared includes volume sent, volume delivered, bounces, opens, clicks etc. These are very elaborate reports and contain complete set of information that you would need.
