How do I change my password ?

  • To change your password, please follow the below steps:
  • Sign in at My Smedunia
  • Click on “Change Password” under Company Profile.
  • Enter the 'Current Password'
  • Enter and re-enter the new password
  • Now click on “Reset”

I want to modify my registered information ?

To modify your registered member information (i.e. registered company name, email address, etc.) please follow below steps:

  • Click on “Update Profile”
  • Edit registered information
  • Click on 'Submit'

Why am I not being able to sign in ?

  • Make sure you entered correct username and password
  • Incase, you do not remember your username/password, follow the steps given under 'I forgot my username/password. How do I retrieve it?'

Why my account is disabled/de-activated ?

Your account may be disabled/de-activated in the following cases:

  • If you have violated any terms and conditions
  • If you have sent un-solicited responses or enquiries to other members

To re-activate your account or any further help on the matter, please contact us at support@smedunia.in

Why should I sign out ?

To keep confidentiality of the account, it is recommended that the user signs out from the account once the work is done on the site.

I have applied for free listing, but my company is still not freelisted. Why ?

It generally takes up to 7 days to free list a company on Smedunia directory. However, if a company is not listed within the stipulated time, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • Wrong e-mail ID shared
  • Incomplete or incorrect contact details entered
  • Incomplete or incorrect company details entered
  • Insufficient business description provided
